Trophy Presentation – Mineshaft

- When you arrive there will be a check-in/payment table. Only the person who is paying technically needs to check in.
- There will be ONE BILL for ALL food/drink ordered for our entire party. So, if you are ordering your own food, please grab a menu at the check-in table so the server knows. and please settle up with our MGK volunteers before you leave. (Was just made aware of this yesterday, so my apologies).
- Check to MGK, cash or we will have the square there for credit cards.
- Pizza will be set up buffet style starting at 6pm
- Arrive around 6pm for pizza ($5 to MGK) or order your own food/drinks from the wait staff.
- Trophy presentation at 7pm
- Top 5 from each division will receive a trophy/award (see attached for team #’s)
- Everyone is encouraged to come and support your fellow racers!
- Parking can be tough. Suggest parking WEST of Main Street down the hill and use the “Link” building to get you to the Mineshaft front door.
